Following on from the successful integration of Digilog’s solution, incorporating Voice Risk Analysis (VRA) technology within their operation in Belgium, DEKRA Spain are now following suit in enhancing their validation procedure.
Live conversational transactions be it applications or claims are Digilog’s forte. The operator utilises an intelligently designed script, to lead the conversation and assess any potential underlying risk issues. Operators receive extensive training in order to maximise the impact of the solution which is supported by effective Conversation Management, productive questioning and evidencing of key risk areas.
