AVS Training

Digilog has developed an accredited programme of training governed by Gateway Qualifications (formally The Open College Network) and is regulated by the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual).

AVS Training courses and accreditation are tailored to deliver the right programme, at the appropriate level, for the role that your staff are fulfilling, whether it be Claims Service Centre / FNOL Staff, Claims Handling Teams, Investigators, Loss Adjustor or SIU Team.

The objective of the Gateway Qualifications is to provide a benefit to learners in developing their skills and knowledge required within their current roles when assessing risk in conversations, at all levels of investigation. These qualifications are recognised by employers & trainers as proof of skills & achievements, supporting further progression within their organisations. Students recognise these benefits for their personal & career development.

  • Level 3 Award in Risk Screening and Conversation Management Techniques
  • Level 3 Extended Award in Risk Screening and Conversation Management Techniques
  • Level 3 Award in Role of The Mentor Risk Screening and Conversation Management Techniques

Gateway credits can be accepted as a means of entry to further & higher education & are recognised by employers & trainers as proof of skills & achievements.
