Cheadle based insurance services provider, Action 365, have formally introduced Digilog’s solution as an integral part of their claims validation process for Fire, Theft and Vandalism Motor claims within their commercial and personal lines. Throughout the pilot, Digilog’s dedicated Account Manager and Action’s Claims Fraud Manager worked closely together to refine the overall process design to ensure all potential underlying risk issues were considered, whilst supporting a seamless customer journey.
Both Digilog and Action 365 exceeded expectations in delivering the agreed objectives. In just a year, the FTV Validation team have seen a phenomenal Return on Investment of 25:1. Aside from the financials, Action 365 have also experienced a 63% improvement on claims handling times, all the while reducing costs to the business and enabling fast-tracking of genuine customers.
