Charlie joined Digilog in Spring 2016 as an Operations and Training Assistant bringing with her an extensive knowledge of Conversation Management techniques and holds a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology with Criminology.
Prior to joining Digilog, Charlie worked in investigations analysing people for deception, who are suspected of fraudulent behaviour, by means of Conversation Management. Such a technique is fundamental to effective risk assessment, with the purpose of identifying potentially detrimental cognitive, behavioural and verbal attributes, with emphasis on sensory memory and recall.
She has played a key role in the research and advancement of training resources, drawing upon the theoretical knowledge and understanding acquired during her time at university and experience of Conversation Management, so as to further support business development, sales and project work.
Now as Digilog’s Project Manager her role has expanded with responsibility for technological development and growth. This in addition to coordinating sponsored events and delivering training and QA mentoring with new and existing clients as well as supporting ongoing business activities.
