Designed for induction or existing employees who require fraud awareness training, this fraud detection and awareness training course has been developed to help insurers and brokers spot fraud in today’s modern insurance environment. The modular training course is delivered remotely via eLearning.

It incorporates eLearning, group discussions, worksheets and assessments, case studies and practical exercises in developing knowledge, skills, techniques and confidence in a safe and controlled environment. Training is further supported by a comprehensive mentoring suite whereby we provide a development mechanism when moving from the ‘virtual classroom’ into the ‘live environment’.
Our CPD Accredited training, can be delivered onsite in a classroom environment or remotely using various applications (Teams, Zoom, WebEx etc). All training charged at £600 per day.

The Accredited Fraud Technician (AFT) Course is a comprehensive introduction to counter fraud and designed for personnel who deal with fraudulent cases at desktop, manage ongoing investigations or deal with fraud enquiries. The course explores numerous aspects of fraud and the application of investigative interviewing techniques.
The course duration is 4 days and can be delivered either onsite or remotely online, employing a variety of training methods to meet each individual preferred learning style, including eLearning, group work, practical exercises & case studies. The course is delivered by Digilog Accredited Trainers and is accredited by The CPD Certification Service (CPD).
